Top 5 Things We Loved About the BRE Expo Last Month in Las Vegas

What happened in Las Vegas –> Check this out!
Last month, we had the incredible opportunity to attend the BRE Expo in Las Vegas — and we’re still feeling energized from it! One of the biggest highlights was meeting all of you restaurant, bar, and cafe owners who are passionate about protecting and growing your businesses. Every new connection gave us an opportunity to share how we understand the challenges you’re facing in today’s hospitality industry — from securing better restaurant coverage to navigating the unique needs of your bar and nightclub insurance. We understand and have solutions.
Here are the top five things we loved most about the experience:
1. Meeting New Clients and Building New Relationships
One of the biggest highlights was meeting so many restaurant, bar, and cafe owners who are passionate about protecting and growing their businesses. Every new connection gave us an opportunity to share how we understand the challenges being faced in today’s hospitality industry — from securing better restaurant insurance to navigating the unique needs of bar insurance and nightclub insurance.
2. Reconnecting with Our Long-Time Clients
Nothing beats catching up with the people we’ve worked alongside for years. Hearing success stories, celebrating milestones, and learning about how their businesses have evolved reminded us why strong, lasting partnerships are at the heart of everything we do. Whether it was helping a longtime client expand into nightlife with night club insurance or supporting a growing café with customized cafe insurance, these conversations reaffirmed our shared journey.
3. Exchanging Innovative Business Ideas
The expo floor buzzed with ideas — from new marketing strategies to creative ways to manage costs, especially the workers compensation insurance. We loved being part of these conversations and sharing insights on how smart insurance planning, including specialized bar insurance and cafe insurance options, fits into a bigger, healthier business strategy.
4. Helping Clients Problem-Solve Real Situations
Several clients came to us with specific challenges, from new expansions to updated menus, building and lease issues, cost changes, and staffing changes. It was incredibly rewarding to offer advice, guidance, and immediate insurance solutions — whether they needed to add liquor liability to a bar insurance policy or adjust coverage for a growing café’s outdoor patio. Being able to help them move forward with confidence was a true highlight.
5. Discussing the Importance of Reviewing Coverage for Business Changes
We had meaningful conversations about why regularly reviewing your restaurant insurance policy is crucial — especially if your business has changed. Whether you’ve added new services, expanded seating, updated your menu to add liquor offerings, or opened a night-time entertainment space needing night club insurance, making sure your coverage keeps pace with your growth protects you from potential gaps and surprises down the road.
We’re grateful for everyone who stopped by, shared their stories, and trusted us to help protect their hard work.
We’re already looking forward to next year’s Bar and Restaurant Expo — and in the meantime, we’re here whenever you need advice, a policy review, or a partner who truly understands the restaurant world.
